Making Perks Realistic

I have already done last stand in its own post. With juggernaut people always get mad but it is realistic for some to take more damage than others. The only thing is that in order to take more damage you must add heavier armor which slows your movement. Bomb squad force you to pull out a detecter because someone is not going to know there is a bomb on the other side of a wall without seeing it or using some technology. When using stopping power it would be like choosing a specialty bullet so maybe there could be a choice with that perk to pick different rounds; for instance, armor piercing (maybe some rubber riot bullets to keep them down for a knife when you want a challenge). Sleight of hand is already realistic in that the player chooses to just be trained better with the gun. I am not sure about UAV jammer. I am not knowledgeable about this technology so I cannot tell if the perk needs to be changed. Eavesdrop could be done but maybe not as it is in COD 4. Sometimes you can here them talking when your outside the building and their inside on the other side. The rest of the perks are in pretty good shape. 
 

Customizable Characters

Make it to where players can customize the color of skin, type of camouflage on gun and clothing, and hat/helmet. Make a section in the create a class to change your appearance from the default on that map. Give a choice between different military covers; helmet can reduce top of head damage and reduces top screen visibility some, hats help keep sun glare off like other covers but that all a regular hat does, ghillie tops help hide player, also choice of camo paint to prevent sun glare witho...

Explosives

Make it to where explosives kill enemies, teammates, and yourself. It makes no sense to have a grenade land under your teammate and they just act like nothing happened. Also, with claymores the same thing that sets off a claymore (the lasers) will be tripped by a teammate or yourself just the same; now there could be a feature that you can step around the lasers by holding a button and walking in the direction but you should not have your gun out since you need concentration to pass by it. Silenced Snipers

Why are there no silent snipers; this is about retarded. There is no more of an edge than a silent SMG or assault rifle. Having a silent sniper that takes at least three shots other then the head is also unacceptable; in COD 4 you sue the silent sniper during campaign and it shoots realistically. I understand that if the first shot would not be in the head or chest then it will take two but thats the most. Last Stand

What they should do is similar to World at War; when you go down you can be revived. In addition you may use your non-pistol hand to scoot yourself slowly to safety. This makes the game more realistic since a man that can still use his pistol will try to get a better spot then stuck in the open.

Gun Range

In Call of Duty the fact that you can shoot someone across the map with a pistol or SMG. Even with burst shots the guns would be so inaccurate that you would probably not hit them one time; yet on the game I can snipe people with a pistol and I am missing snipes due to some SMG guy on the opposite side of the map is hitting me.

ACOG Scopes

I hate people who insist that putting an ACOG scope on a sniper rifle means that no scoping is the same. I find myself arguing with people who brag about no-scoping me when their ACOG. I attempt to explain that if you can no-scope using an ACOG sniper, then you can no-scope using an ACOG on any weapon on the game just about.
